Shipping is free for orders of 50€ or more.

Express Shipping (2-3 business days) can be chosen for
10€ in Italy and Europe and for
20€ for non-EU countries.
NO SHIPPING to P.O. boxes
You will be provided with a tracking number.
All articles are shipped with either registered mail (small items) or with DHL.
Unfortunately, Frau Leman cannot offer free returns at the moment.
Frau Leman is not responsible for lost returns. If you want to make sure the return arrives safely, please choose a traceable shipment option.
Returns
You can return any item within 30 days. Before sending back any item, please contact us. Returns can be made by mail or in the office or in the store. In order to be refunded, items have to be UNUSED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Used, damaged or otherwise irregular returns will not be refunded.
We are sorry that there is a reason to return your Frau Leman product. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
- please use the original packaging and stuffing or something similar. If it came in a box, please use a box and not an envelope. I take care wrapping your package carefully, please use the same care. If the product suffers from improper wrapping, your refund may be diminished or denied.
- please make sure your return is traceable and insured, otherwise it could get lost

- if the product has signs of use and/or is damaged, partial or no refunds apply. If the product has signs of use but is still considered fit for sale, you will receive a partial refund.

Defects
We take great care in producing your items. If however you should notice a production defect or flaw on your item that was not mentioned in the item's description, please contact us, so we can find a solution. Since leather is a natural product, signs like scars, scratches or variations in colour do not represent defects or flaws. Buying from frauleman.com, you agree to these terms.
Examples for defects and flaws are: tears in the leather - loose rivets/buttons - unraveled stitches.
Frau Leman's leather products are made to last. This presupposes that they are worn and treated in an appropriate manner. If defects occur because of overloading or wrong leather care, we do not take responsibility and are not liable for refunds or repairs.
